About Me

We are a team of Certified Fitness Trainers, Yoga Siromanis (Teachers of Yoga) and Certified Nutritionists who specialize in Personal fitness training and Group fitness training. 

Our Fitness Trainer Mr. Kapil Dave is an ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), Reebok Certified, Certified Yoga Teacher and a Certified Nutritionist. Our other team member Ms. Jyoti A. Dave is a Certified Yoga and Pilates trainer and Mrs. Jyoti K. Dave is also a Certified Yoga Trainer.

We cater to clients who are in the need of weight loss programs, weight loss management, body toning or sculpting, endurance training (stamina), muscle training (hyper-trophy), weight gain, PCOD, pre & post menopause, pre & postnatal and needs of special population like diabetics, hypertensive, cardiac problems, Parkinson’s disease, osteo & rheumatoid arthritis.
