The clients shall not withhold any information as regards their current physical health status and shall undertake certain fitness and health parameters checkup which may be duly suggested and endorsed by the authorized Trainer from time to time.

The Fitness Trainer or the Nutritionist or any concerned personnel related to kapilsfitness.com shall not be liable to pay for any loss or damage which may accrue due to concealing or misleading health parameter checkups, ailments and erroneous undertakings by the client.
